D. Pre-Purchase Vehicle Inspection
This service has no warranty and no refunds. It is a one-time professional assessment and does not guarantee future vehicle performance.
4. Liability for Tracked Vehicles and Fleet
AutoSecure is not liable for:
- Vehicle theft or loss
- Failure to recover stolen vehicles
- Criminal tampering
- Tracking inaccuracies
- Business or income loss
Our responsibility is limited to:
- Providing available tracking data
- Supporting law enforcement
- Offering recovery guidance
- Technical assistance
5. Refund Exceptions
- Services already rendered
- Completed installations
- Activation fees
- Subscription renewals
- Software licenses
- Third-party damage
- Used products beyond 48–72 hours
- Issues discovered after inspection
- Network or environmental disruptions
6. Missing or Wrong Items Delivered
Report wrong, missing, or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. Approved cases will receive a replacement.
